I can totally 5 star this place NOW that the new office manager has taken over. Linda is THE BEST and she is so dedicated to the patients and the staff and keeping it nice and clean! It definitely wouldn’t be the same without her.

Medically the doctor is awesome. The receptionist is awful. No customer service at all. My daughter stood there for almost 4-5 minutes before she was greeted and the front desk person was sitting right there.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Carly checked me in and was my nurse she made sure Dr Ahmed had all the information she needed to make my busy quick and easy. It’s obvious Dr. Ahmed and Carly are a great team and are passionate about the care of their patients. I highly recommend Immediate Care Plus as the preferred choice for urgent care needs.
